This is a Slit skirt pattern, high-waisted A-line mini skirt with 2 side slits, and a zip closure.
This is a PDF digital download sewing pattern to be printed at home on a home printer or if you prefer at a print shop or even better to be projected using the projector file. All my pattern files include a layer option so you can choose to print or project just your size or multiple sizes of your choice to save ink and time.

This pattern is an intermediate sewing level pattern, requires basic sewing experience.
What fabric to use better? which is the best. Fabric choice for this pattern will depend on your preference but this pattern is intended to work with non-stretch fabric, you could choose soft, thick or medium thick fabric depending on the look you are going for.

Such a cute pattern! The directions were fairly easy to follow but a bit vague in some steps. Im a beginner sewist with some clothing experience so I was able to figure it out I used a quilting cotton for this pattern as a mock up so it does not stretch at all, but it still fits pretty well. Go up a size is using a nonstretch fabric. I added a topstitch to the wasteland to keep it from migrating which was not in the instructions and also zigzag stitched the lining to finish the edge since that wasnt addressed either. But overall super cute and fairly simple, this was a test run for my birthday skirt, so definitely making again!

I used this pattern to make myself a denim skirt from old jeans. It was my first ever piece of clothing so I don’t know if the skirt came out boxy because of my skill level or because of the pattern. The instructions definitely could have been more thorough but I was able to find YouTube videos for what I needed when I got lost. I want to try to make it again now that I’m more comfortable.
