The Marta top is not a good pattern. The instructions are unclear and contain typos and labeling errors. There are not instructions on how to sew the zipper. I made it to the stage in which I sewed the lining to the main fabric, then I was not able to turn it right side out. I was working on this in a room of women with decades of sewing experience and no one was able to make heads or tails based on the pattern instructions. One of the ladies gave me a helpful tip about googling "pattern name" + errors to see if a pattern has a lot of issues before you buy.

The pattern was fairly straight forward for a novice but it was huge and required taking in by two sizes. That's when I realised the pattern is in American sizes only which is not mentioned in the desciption. Would be a useful bit of information to add before choosing your size.
