Based on quick review there are very thorough details in the instructions. I tried to print on US paper and the measurement was slightly off but I think I’ll just go up a size and see if that works.

Oooh hoho this pattern came out waaaaaay prettier than I expected. The ruffle is a huge pain to cut but oh my gosh it’s worth it! I’m obsessed! Disclaimer: I did add a little more length to the shirt part and some smaller front ties for extra modesty when needed, but that was just my preference.
