I purchased two patterns, and unfortunately both are very poor quality. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of a solution I was only told that I must be using the wrong settings. This is not my first time purchasing patterns on Etsy, but it is definitely the worst experience I’ve had. I am disappointed and would appreciate a proper resolution

This marvelous trouser pattern was simple to cut, sew and fit — which as any sewist knows, isn’t always the case when you’re fitting a garment to yourself. Best of all, I received many compliments while wearing the finished product. This design is going into my regular rotation and I plan to make these trousers in multiple fabrics.
